Board Certification in Truck Accident Law
Gruber Law Offices is proud to announce that Attorney Eric Knobloch has successfully achieved Board Certification in Truck Accident Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA).
As of the date of his Certification in January 2022, Attorney Eric Knobloch is the only attorney in the entire State of Wisconsin Board Certified in Trucking Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
In order to achieve Board Certification in Truck Accident Law, lawyers must undergo a rigorous and detailed vetting process. Lawyers need demonstrate hands-on experience handling in various types of truck crash cases. Lawyers must also devote a substantial percentage of their cases to trucking litigation. The vetting process also examines a lawyers reputation by judicial and peer references to attest to their competency. In addition to other requirements, Truck Accident Law Board Certification also requires that skill and knowledge are tested through a comprehensive written examination.
The accreditation is the only American Bar Association accreditation for Truck Accident Law in the United States.
