Biography

Attorney Asimacopoulos is a Personal Injury Attorney at Gruber Law Offices. She is a passionate and effective legal advocate. Attorney Asimacopoulos strongly believes in our firm’s mission of positively impacting our clients’ lives and our community.

Before joining the Gruber Law Offices team, Attorney Asimacopoulos practiced family law in Milwaukee for several years. She has significant litigation and trial experience, handling sensitive and complex cases. Her caseload dealt primarily with heavily contested divorce cases as well as custody disputes, restraining orders, placement enforcement actions, child and domestic abuse, child removal, contempt issues, and several other aspects of family law. Attorney Asimacopoulos quickly became well-known and successful in the family law field. During her time in family law, Attorney Asimacopoulos was recognized as a Wisconsin Super Lawyers Rising Star for her accomplishments and was named one of the Top-Rated Family Attorneys in Milwaukee by Super Lawyers.

Despite her achievements and recognition in family law, Attorney Asimacopoulos decided to transition to an area of law she felt more passionate about—personal injury law. While in law school, Attorney Asimacopoulos clerked at Corboy & Demetrio, a notable and highly successful personal injury law firm in Chicago. This area of law and experience left a lasting impression on her, though Attorney Asimacopoulos ultimately decided to return to Milwaukee after law school, where she enjoys living.

Attorney Asimacopoulos grew up in the Chicagoland area and went on to graduate at the top of her class, Magna Cum Laude, from Marquette University, earning an Honors degree in Economics and Political Science. During her time at Marquette, she was a member of the Interdisciplinary Honors Program. Attorney Asimacopoulos also served as the President of the Pre-Law Society and was part of the Honors: Pre-Law Scholars Program. Additionally, she was inducted into the Pi Alpha Sigma National Honor Society and the Omicron Delta Epsilon National Honor Society, and she earned a place on the Dean’s List for multiple semesters.

Attorney Asimacopoulos continued her education at Villanova University School of Law just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was awarded a full-tuition Dean’s Merit Scholarship in recognition of her academic excellence. She participated in extracurricular activities, volunteering as a coach for the college mock trial team and competing on the national trial team moot court for all three years. She also won awards for the highest section grade in both Torts and Trial Advocacy.

Outside of her legal career, Attorney Asimacopoulos enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching sports- especially cheering for Marquette basketball- hiking, and traveling.
