Biography

Attorney Nancy Gruber was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. A graduate of Nicolet High School, she then attended Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. After graduating from Stephens College, Attorney Gruber attended Marquette University Law School, where she graduated with high honors, cum laude, in 1983.

Upon graduating from Marquette University Law School, she initially focused on insurance defense litigation. Eventually, Attorney Gruber switched to the plaintiff’s side of personal injury law, as her passion aligned more closely with advocating for those who have been seriously injured. She joined her husband, David, at Gruber Law Offices in 1996. Together, they have helped lead and grow the firm into what it is today. The firm is now likely one of the largest personal injury law firms in America. It is now primarily run by Nancy, David, and their son, Attorney Steven Gruber, along with many exceptionally impressive other team members.

Attorney Nancy Gruber is proud of the talented team at Gruber Law Offices, who work very hard to maximize compensation for injured victims. The firm has grown explosively, yet it maintains its core family values. The firm’s mission is simple: to make a positive impact on our clients’ lives and in our community. The reason she became an attorney was to help people. She is incredibly proud of the profound impact the firm has had on so many clients’ lives, helping them through some of their most challenging times.

Attorney Nancy Gruber has been an attorney for over 40 years.  She believes it’s very important never to lose sight of the core values of helping people and supporting the community. She and her family are strong advocates for charitable giving, community involvement and philanthropy. Attorney Gruber is involved in countless worthwhile charitable organizations. She and her husband, David, have two wonderful young adult children: Steven, an attorney at Gruber Law Offices, and Lauren, a physician assistant who helps patients in pediatric oncology. Most importantly, Nancy and David are proud grandparents of four amazing grandchildren and a beloved grandpuppy.
