Biography

Attorney Armando Garcia Jr. handles exclusively personal injury cases at Gruber Law Offices.  Attorney Garcia is passionate about helping injured victims receive the compensation they deserve after a serious accident. He truly cares about helping our clients and our community.  Attorney Garcia works with both our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients.

Outside of law, Attorney Garcia enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, cheering for the Chicago Bears, and watching boxing, UFC, and soccer. He is a “foodie” and enjoys spending time with his family in Mexico.

Attorney Garcia grew up in the Chicago area. He graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Political Science and double-minoring in Sociology and Non-Profit Organizations. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, with distinguished honors, at the top of his class. He was a two-time recipient of the Political Science Award and was repeatedly named to the Dean’s List.

He then attended the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he served as a Board Member of the Moot Court Board. He was also a Dean’s List honoree and served as the student liaison for the Wisconsin State Bar Litigation Section. Attorney Garcia had a very prestigious clerkship at the Wisconsin Supreme Court for Justice Ann Walsh Bradley.  In addition, he gained valuable experience during law school working as a law clerk at a large personal injury firm for several years.

Prior to joining Gruber Law Offices, Attorney Garcia worked as a Judicial Staff Attorney at the Dane County Circuit Court in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, he drafted legal orders and decisions on behalf of judges, ensuring clarity and adherence to legal standards. He also conducted comprehensive legal research and prepared memoranda to support judicial decision-making.  Attorney Garcia received great mentorship from many judges which helps him in his day to day as a personal injury lawyer to understand the intricacies of our legal system and how to best advocate for our clients.
