Car Accidents Gruber Law Wins $1.2 Million For Car Accident Victim
Gruber Law Offices is proud to announce a recent $1.2 million settlement on behalf of our client in January 2023.
The primary injury in this case involved a contested brain injury. We argued that our client suffered a brain injury in this crash. Brain injury personal injury cases are often highly complex and require a strong legal team with significant attention to detail, resources and persistence. Some brain injury cases are very apparent just based on how it immediately impacts the injured victim. In other situations, the severity of the symptoms and impact on life are not always readily apparent and must be investigated in great detail.
Gruber Law Offices’ Attorney Megan Zabkowicz and Attorney John Hansen led our legal team in this significant case. They were joined by other talented and dedicated members of our legal team who worked hard to prove our case. Additionally, we retained the expertise of a well-respected neurologist and others expert witnesses to further evaluate our client and analyze the various details to help us prove our case.
In this case, the defense attorneys hired multiple medical experts to dispute our arguments which could have seriously impacted our client’s case result. Essentially, the defense of this case was that our client did not continue to have any symptoms related to the crash, that she was able to live a very normal life and was not impacted much by this crash. We fought hard against the defense arguments, and we were able to secure a strong result on behalf of our deserving client.
This lawsuit was filed in Washington County, Wisconsin. The case was settled for $1,200,000.00 on behalf of this client in January 2023.
