Gruber Law Wins $2.5 Million Truck Crash Settlement

Gruber Law Offices is proud announce a $2.5 million truck crash lawsuit that was recently resolved. The case involved an injured motorcyclist who was struck by a truck with a trailer attached.

The case was handled by Attorney Steven Gruber and Attorney Nick Hermann of Gruber Law Offices.

The lawsuit was formally filed in Milwaukee County. The presiding judge was the Honorable Paul Van Grunsven. The truck crash occurred in Wisconsin, near the Illinois border.

Our client suffered numerous orthopedic injuries, the most notable of which were serious shoulder injuries. The injuries required surgical intervention and will likely require future surgical intervention.

The defendant insurance company refused to make a settlement offer before a formal lawsuit was filed.  After a significant amount of discovery, including deposition testimony, the case was set for mandatory mediation. At the conclusion of the mediation, the case was ultimately settled for $2.5 million.
